Meet Michelle – The Area Manager
Hi, I’m Michelle, the Area Manager for the Blossoms Nursery Group. I hold a Level 5 qualification in Early Years and have over 24 years of experience working in early years education. I have been part of the company since it was first established and worked my way up from Nursery Manager to Area Manager, with one of my proudest achievements being receiving an Outstanding Ofsted rating whilst managing one of our settings.
I am passionate about safeguarding, supporting our managers, and recruiting the right staff to create our family-run, home-from-home environments. I also help support the opening of new settings across the group. Outside of work, I am a proud mum of two and enjoy dog walks, family holidays, socialising with friends, and spending time across all of our nursery settings.
