I am the Nursery Manager at Blossoms on the Lane and have over 7 years of childcare experience as a home-grown member of the Blossoms team, starting my journey here as a student. I achieved my Level 3 Diploma in Early Years in 2019 and also hold a Level 3 SENCO qualification, supporting children with a range of individual needs.
I am passionate about creating a positive, nurturing environment for children, families, and staff, and supporting my team to grow in confidence and development.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going on holidays, and making special memories.
